Is Moyan Recorder free?
Yes. It's free to use with no watermark, no sign-up and no install.
Are my recordings uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is recorded and processed in your browser and stays on your device until you download it.
How do I record a Zoom or Teams meeting?
Choose "Screen or app" in the settings, start recording, and pick the Zoom or Teams window in the share dialog. Turn on your microphone to include your own voice.
How do I record Google Meet with everyone's audio?
Choose "Browser tab", select the Meet tab, and tick "Also share tab audio" so other participants' voices are captured.
Can I record my webcam at the same time?
Yes. Turn on the webcam bubble and your camera appears in the corner of the recording.
Can I download as MP4?
Yes. After recording, open the editor to trim the clip and export it as MP4.
Is there a time limit?
No fixed limit. You can set an optional auto-stop timer of 1, 5, 10 or 30 minutes.
Which browsers are supported?
Recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Brave and Firefox on desktop work best. Mobile browsers usually don't allow screen recording.
What keyboard shortcuts are there?
Alt+Shift+R starts or stops, Alt+Shift+P pauses or resumes, and Alt+Shift+M adds a chapter marker.
