How to Record Zoom, Google Meet and Teams Calls for Free

Before you record
Always tell participants you're recording and follow your local laws and company policies.
Google Meet (in the browser)
Open Moyan Recorder, choose Meeting mode, click Start, pick the Meet tab and tick 'Also share tab audio'. Turn on your microphone so your own voice is captured too.
Zoom and Teams desktop apps
Choose the app window when prompted. On Windows, pick Entire screen and tick 'Share system audio' to capture other people's voices. On Mac, join the call in the browser and record the tab to get the audio.
After the call
Trim the waiting time at the start, export to MP4 and add chapter markers you dropped during the call to jump to key moments.
